This "course" is mainly for teachers who enter learners from grade 4 to grade 10 to write the 2024 IMAS (International Mathematics Assessments for Schools) contest and/or enrol learners into the 2024 Team Selection "courses" through which South African teams are selected to partcipate in India (Lucknow) in July 2024 at the International Mathematics Competition (IMC).

It is especially important for teachers where learners will be writing under supervision at school, since all the participation and invigilation instructions for teachers will be posted here. Furthermore, this "course" also serves as the mirror "course" for teachers to the 2024 IMAS for Primary School Team Selection and 2024 IMAS for High School Team Selection "courses" in order for teachers to also have a sense how the "courses" look for the learners.

All teachers with a registered JIMCOBSA account will have free access to this "course". However, only teachers who enrol learners to write the 2024 IMAS for Team Selection will fully utilize this "course". However, other teachers are more than welcome to use this "course" to keep updated with the state of the 2024 IMAS for Team Selection "courses" as well as the results of the contests and team selection progress.

Information on the 2024 IMC taking place in July in India, the SA Team Selection Criteria and full results of the selection tests will be posted here. Although teachers will have access to the full results through this "course", learners and parents will only have access to the top half of the results as we will only publish the top half of the results for each selection test for the learners and parents in their "courses" and only the Top 10 publicly.

This "course" is not publicly accessible and requires enrolment, but is free of charge to teachers (the payment is only made to enrol the learners into either the 2024 IMAS for High School Team Selection or 2024 IMAS for Primary School Team Selection "courses"). Teachers who register a JIMCOBSA account is automatically enrolled for this "course".
